2. Brand and Intellectual Property

The GeoGym® brand is the exclusive property of Bombè S.r.l. All rights reserved. The contents of the Site (text, images, logos, videos, graphics) are protected by Italian and European copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the contents of the Site for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of Bombè. S.r.l.

3. Responsibility

GeoGym® is committed to keeping the Site up to date and functional, but does not guarantee continuity of service or the absence of errors. GeoGym® is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure;

• Damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products;

• Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the user when ordering.

4. Applicable Laws

The Site and online sales activities are governed by Italian law, in particular:

• D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code);

• D.Lgs. April 9, 2003, n. 70 (Electronic Commerce);

• EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) on the protection of personal data;

• D.Lgs. August 10, 2018, no. 101 (Italian Privacy Code);

• D.Lgs. 21 February 2014, no. 21 (Implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

5. Competent Court

For any dispute relating to the use of the Site or the purchase of products, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection legislation, the Court of Turin shall have jurisdiction.

6. Extrajudicial Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between consumers and GeoGym®, it is possible to avail of alternative dispute resolution procedures (ADR/ODR) pursuant to the D.Lgs. 130/2015 and EU Regulation 524/2013.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available on the Site, drawn up in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and D.Lgs. 101/2018.
