Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer (a natural person purchasing for non-professional use), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

The withdrawal period starts:

• For a single good: from the day you acquire physical possession of the product;

• For multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately: from the day you acquire physical possession of the last good;

• For goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces: from the day you acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit communication before the 14-day period expires, indicating the order number and the products being returned. You can:

• Use the withdrawal form available on the website geogym.it;

• Send a written statement by email, fax, or registered mail.

3. Product Return

After you notify us of your withdrawal, GeoGym® will send you a Returns Number. The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of notification.

Return conditions:

• The product must be intact and in normal condition;

• It must be inserted in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (packaging and accessory documentation);

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer;

• Exception: if the withdrawal is exercised within the day following the conclusion of the contract, the return costs will be borne by GeoGym®.

GeoGym® offers, upon request, a dedicated return transport service (for a fee).

4. Refund

GeoGym® will refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product at its warehouse.The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

GeoGym® reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the product or the consumer has demonstrated that it has been returned (Article 56 of the Consumer Code).

The consumer is responsible for any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to measure according to the customer's specifications.

6. Returns for Defective Products

In the event of a defective product, the consumer must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it. GeoGym® will repair, replace the product, or refund the amount paid, at its discretion.

For Professional Buyers (B2B), the deadline for reporting the defect is 8 days from discovery, with a 12-month warranty from delivery.
