1. Shipping Zones

GeoGym® ships throughout Italy. For international shipments, please contact commerciale@geogym.it per a personalized quote.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for orders over €200,00 VAT included, made via e-commerce geogym.it.

 

For orders less than €200,00, Shipping costs are indicated during the order process and are visible in the order summary and confirmation email.

3. Delivery Methods and Times

Shipments are made via specialized carriers appointed by GeoGym®. Delivery times are approximate and are communicated in the order confirmation email.

 

Delivery service details:

        Delivery takes place at street level, without prior appointment;

        The courier will contact the recipient at least 30 minutes before arrival;

        Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 20:00;

        The presence of the customer or a delegate is required at the time of delivery;

        For bulky products or products weighing more than 25 kg, the customer is required to assist the courier in unloading the goods (D.Lgs. 81/08 – ISO 11228).

4. Delivery Attempt and Storage

The carrier will make only one (1) delivery attempt.

 

In case of absence at the delivery:

        Contact GeoGym® to arrange a new delivery attempt;

        Any storage costs are the responsibility of the customer;

        After 10 calendar days in storage, the order will be automatically cancelled;

        GeoGym® will refund the order amount minus shipping and storage costs.

5.Check on Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

        The integrity of the packaging;

        The correspondence of the products with what was indicated in the order;

        The absence of visible damage.

 

In case of anomalies (incorrect quantities, incorrect product, damaged packaging), the customer must:

        Mark the wording 'RESERVED FOR INSPECTION' on the transport document, specifying the damage found;

        Photograph the packaging and/or damaged material;

        Contact GeoGym® immediately at info@geogym.it.

6. Risk during Transport

During shipment, goods travel at the consumer's or professional buyer's risk. GeoGym® is not responsible for damage or theft occurring after delivery to the carrier.

7. Order Tracking

To check the status of your order, the customer can access the 'Orders' section of the site geogym.it or contact GeoGym® through the channels available in the 'Contacts' section.
