2. Acceptance of the Terms

By visiting the site and/or purchasing GeoGym® products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. GeoGym® reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Products and Availability

GeoGym® sells products for artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, parkour, psychomotor skills, circus arts, climbing, fitness, and baby equipment. The products sold are new, unless expressly marked "Second Life."

 

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Any differences in color or appearance from the actual product may depend on your monitor or browser.

 

GeoGym® reserves the right to limit quantities and to discontinue sales of any product at any time.

4. Prices

All prices listed on the site include VAT. GeoGym® reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

 

Shipping is free for orders over €200,00 within Italy. Any additional shipping costs are indicated during the order process.

5. Orders and Conclusion of the Contract

The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of the order by GeoGym®, confirmed by an order summary email. GeoGym® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, out-of-stock products, or suspected fraud.

 

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the order and must report any errors within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

6. Payments

The accepted payment methods are:

•        Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro);

•        PayPal;

•        Bank transfer (IBAN: IT 52 U 03032 01001 010000002844 – made out to Bombè S.r.l. );

•        Payment in 3 installments without interest up to €3.000, 00 (via Klarna or PayPal).

 

The products remain the property of GeoGym® until the amount due has been paid in full.

7.Guarantees

Consumers: 2-year legal guarantee from delivery (Articles 128-132 of the Consumer Code). The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

 

Professional Buyers (B2B): 12-month guarantee from delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code (art. 1490 c.c. ). The defect must be reported within 8 days of discovery.

 

'Second Life' products: warranty reduced to 12 months for consumers and 6 months for professionals from delivery.

8. Limitations of Liability

GeoGym® is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or force majeure. Use of the products outside their intended use exempts GeoGym® from any liability.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute relating to online purchases, the consumer can resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

For disputes not resolved amicably, the Court of Turin has jurisdiction.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For Consumers, the provisions of the D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and of the D.Lgs. 70/2003 (electronic commerce).
